Czech and Slovak Folk Music

 Sr.
Anita Smisek, a Dominican nun, loves to share Czech and Slovak traditional 
music. She does so as a singer and a music publisher. 
Sr. Anita specializes in providing recordings,
sheet music, and translations of all kinds of music from the Czech Republic and
Slovakia.  
In a program, Sr. Anita can sing and teach folk songs and how to pronounce Czech 
lyrics, the Czech alphabet, words and common expressions
in Czech.  She can also do demonstrations about regional
Czech folk dress and folk Betlems (Christmas nativity scenes).
