Serbian Dance
Milwaukee, WI
This
vibrant group
is comprised of more than fifty dancers ranging in age from 13-25 and six musicians. They
present Serbian folk culture through traditional song and
dance. The group is part of the thriving cultural life of St. Sava’s
Serbian Orthodox parish on Milwaukee’s south side. Their performances range
from 15 minutes to 2 hours. They include discussion of the dances and traditions, plus teaching the audience some simple steps.

Sound equipment: a P.A. system with microphones, CD player and cassette player.
Availability:
Limited to weeknights and weekends. Can travel up to 150 miles from Milwaukee.
