Finnish Rag Rugs

Irene
specializes in several crafts important in Finnish-American tradition,
especially woven rag rugs, knitting and crocheting. A native of Finland, Irene
helped found Little Finland, a community center for Finnish-Americans in the
northeast Wisconsin & western UP region. Her program
focuses on demonstrating a loom woven rag rug.
